Farm Description:

Our farm is located in Paradise, Montana at the junction of the Clark Fork and Flathead Rivers and the junction of Hwys 135 & 200. Our 20 acre farm produces lavender and produce. The lavender harvest is from late June through the 3rd week in July but there will be work to do throughout the summer and fall. Plan to stay for 3-10 days harvesting, drying and working with the lavender crop. There will be time to make lavender bouquets and other lavender products during and after harvest season. Various produce crops are planted, maintained and harvested throughout our season of May through October. Work on the produce portion of the farm includes planting, weeding, harvesting, and preparing and attending various farmers markets. Plan to stay from 3-7 days. You will need your own transportation if you want to leave the farm during your stay. English only is spoken but we're willing to work with those speaking other languages. Unfortunately, we have no facilities for children or pets on our farm. Our household is vegetarian but meat eaters are welcome to provide their own extra protein and have use of an outside grill. We're about an hour from Missoula, Montana and there are many outdoor activities, arts festivals, farmers markets and other events during the beautiful summer in Montana. We're close to the Buffalo Range in Charlo, Montana, an hour from Flathead Lake, several hours from Glacier Park. We're looking forward to working with you:)
